You should contact us during office hours and register your claim. 

Email us at [email protected], we will then arrange for our Authorised Repair Centre to collect your device, alternatively, you may take your device to the nearest Authorised Repair Centre after you have registered your claim with us. 

We will not be accountable for any repair costs due without our prior approval.
